Introducing MIGHTY PUMP i5000 GEN III from JOHNEX explosives The MIGHTY PUMP i5000 GEN III system is a compact Mobile Processing Unit (MPU) designed to manufacture EZIPUMP DV® in various densities from Ammonium Nitrate Emulsion (Class 5.1, UN3375) directly at the blast face.

EZIPUMP DV® - LOW WATER, HIGH ENERGY FORMULATION HIGH ENERGY
Water is an energy thief. Approximately 1% of water will result in a 3% loss of energy as the energy is consumed boiling off the water during detonation. Our booster sensitive bulk emulsion, JOHNEX EZIPUMP DV® has been formulated with the lowest possible water content and delivers extremely high VOD characteristics.
High VOD results in more micro fractures and radial pulverisation during blasting, leading to improved crusher and mill throughput.
EASY TO USE
Ease of use is paramount with all JOHNEX products and EZIPUMP DV® continues this tradition. It is the only genuine single gassing emulsion available in Australia. No additional acid pumps or on board storage for additional chemicals required.
